My name is Monica Washburn but I am also called Mama, Momica, Wife, Sister, Grandaughter, and some names I shouldn't publish here.. just kidding!

I am also a lil' nerdy, a lil' quirky, & sometimes maybe a lil' silly!  More importantly, I LOVE capturing special moments in time on "film".  Those special moments that make up our lives. 

 

So what does that mean exactly?  When you capture the personality your favorite person, a new life, or one a lil' more antique... and people of all ages in between. One of my favorites, is freezing that moment in time where a love is so present that it can almost been seen in the air between two people.  Those are the moments I live for.  And sometimes the best, are simply Serendipitous ... A fortunate accident.

After shooting for studios for over ten years, I have branched out on my own.  Scary but exciting!  I would love to work with you and maybe find a lil' magic along the way.  It is an honor to be entrusted with freezing a special moment(s) and I'm very grateful.
